Creamy Orange Fluff
When Mom was homeschooling me, she taught me a Home Economics course. This is one of the very first recipes I ever made on my own. It's been in my family for a long time and is also popular with my co-workers.
6 ozorange gelatin
2 1/2 cboiling water
2 can(s)11-oz each mandarin oranges, drained
1 can(s)8 oz crushed pineapple, undrained
1 can(s)6 oz. fronzen orange juice concentrate, thawed
8 ozcream cheese, softened
1 ccold milk
1 pkg4-serving size instant vanilla pudding
How to Make Creamy Orange Fluff
- In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in oranges, pineapple, and orange juice concentrate. Pour into 13x9x2" pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Refrigerate until firm.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add the milk and the pudding mix, beating till smooth. Spread over orange later. Refrigerate until firm.
