When Mom was homeschooling me, she taught me a Home Economics course. This is one of the very first recipes I ever made on my own. It's been in my family for a long time and is also popular with my co-workers.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces orange gelatin
  • 2 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cans 11-oz each mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can 8 oz crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 can 6 oz. fronzen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • TOPPING:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 package 4-serving size instant vanilla pudding

How To Make creamy orange fluff

  • Step 1
    In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in oranges, pineapple, and orange juice concentrate. Pour into 13x9x2" pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Refrigerate until firm.
  • Step 2
    In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add the milk and the pudding mix, beating till smooth. Spread over orange later. Refrigerate until firm.
