  • 2 c
    fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 pkg
    cranberry or rasberry jello
  • 1/2 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1 can(s)
    manderine oranges

How to Make Cranberry Walnut Salad


  1. Boil Cranberries and sugar in 1/2 cup of water about 7 minutes just until cranberrys begin to pop.
    While cranberries are cooking make jello according to pkg. directions
  2. Add nuts,celery drained oranges and cranberries. Chill until just set and stir to mix solids evenly.

    Chill until set or overnight
