I occasionaly provide meals to families that have illness or just need a meal. It's very refreshing in the summer, and great around the holidays.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 package cranberry or rasberry jello
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 can manderine oranges
How To Make cranberry walnut salad

Step 1Boil Cranberries and sugar in 1/2 cup of water about 7 minutes just until cranberrys begin to pop. While cranberries are cooking make jello according to pkg. directions

Step 2Add nuts,celery drained oranges and cranberries. Chill until just set and stir to mix solids evenly. Chill until set or overnight
