Blueberry Jello Salad
My great great Nana used to make this for family dinners, and the recipe has held up well through the years - we make it every Thanksgiving. It is nice and sweet as an after dinner treat, but not too heavy like a pastry dessert.

1 pkglemon jello
1 pkgblack raspberry jello. (or black cherry, if unavailable)
2 1/2 cwater
1/2 ptsour cream
1 lbcanned blueberries
1 cleftover blueberry juice
How to Make Blueberry Jello Salad
- for First Layer:
Dissolve lemon jello into 1 1/2 c hot water. Add sour cream and beat on low to blend. Pour into 8x8 cake pan (Or jello mold, whichever you prefer). Put into fridge to set.
- For 2nd layer: Dissolve Raspberry jello into 1 c hot water. Add blueberries and blueberry juice. Mix well. When first layer is set, remove from fridge and pour 2nd layer on top of first. Return to fridge until set.
