Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh mozzarella
- 1 pound ripe tomatoes
- - fresh whole large basil leaves as needed
- - salt & ground pepper
- VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
- - pinch of salt, pepper & sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
How To Make tomato-fresh mozzarella salad

Step 1Prepare Vinaigrette Dressing. Cut mozzarella in 1/4-inch slices. Cut tomatoes into 1/4-inch slices. Alternate mozzarella slices, tomato slices and basil leaves, overlapping on plate. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 2Vinaigrette Dressing: Whisk vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar in small bowl until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. Whisk again before serving. 9 points per serving
