- 2 medium oranges, peeled and diced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 12-15 grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 (16 oz) bag garden salad blend inc iceberg lettuce, carrots, red cabbage
- 1 (16 oz) bag baby spring mix (i used heb brand)
- NOTE: SPRING MIX INCLUDES RED ROMAINE, TANGO, ARUGULA, RED LEAF GREEN ROMAINE, LOLLA ROSA, MIZUNA, TATSOI, GREEN CHARD, RED CHARD,RED MUSTARD,RED OAK, GREEN LEAF, MACHE, BEET TOPS, SPINACH, RADICCHIO, FRISEE.
- 1 cup raspberry vinaigrette
