My daughter-in-law gave me this recipe and it is very tasty. We love it and it is so easy to put together.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    fresh spinach
  • 1 pkg
    sliced almonds (small package)
  • 1 c
    dried cranberries
  • 2
    hard boiled eggs (chopped)
  • 4 slice
    turkey bacon
  • 4-6
    chopped green onions
  • DRESSING

  • 1/2 c
    splenda brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce

How to Make Spinach Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook turkey bacon and crumble. Boil eggs and chop when cool enough to handle. Wash spinach and transfer to serving bowl. Add Almonds, Cranberries, eggs and bacon. Toss to combine. Make dressing in seperate bowl. Drizzle dressing over spinach when serving. Note: I let each person drizzle their own dressing.
