Was given to me many years ago by my mother. It is a great salad, even my kids love it!!!!

  • 6 c
    baby spinach leaves
  • 1 /3 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1/3 c
    walnut pieces
  • 1/2 c
    chopped apples
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice, fresh

  • 1/2 c
    pomegranate juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Spinach Salad w/ Pomegranate Vinaigrette


  1. Toss all ingred. well and add Lemon juice Mix well.
    Set aside on platter.
  2. Place all ingred. in shaker container & shake well.
    Salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Pour over salad on platter and serve.

    This is the ony way I could get my kids to eat spinach.
