Ingredients
- - fresh spinach or lettuce cut up
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 2 - fresh pears
- 1/2 cup blue cheese
- 1/2 cup almonds or pecan halves, toasted
- DRESSING - (MAKE A FEW HOURS AHEAD)
- 3 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
How To Make spinach pear salad

Step 1Toss together salad. NOTE: Nuts can be toasted on top of stove or in the oven. Be careful not to burn them. They only take a few minutes to roast/toast.

Step 2Combine dressing ingredients a few hours ahead. Pour over salad just before serving.
