Ingredients
- - baby spinach
- 1/3 cup toasted sliced almonds
- 2 - hard boiled eggs
- 1/3 cup orzo pasta
- 4 ounces shredded swiss cheese
- 6 slices bacon; 2 crumbled for the dressing
- WARM BACON HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- pinch salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make spinach orzo salad, bacon honey mustard dressing

Step 1Prepare your hard boiled eggs. I prefer the baking method.

Step 2Cook orzo as directed on package.

Step 3While pasta is cooking, start your bacon.

Step 4Dressing- Add olive oil, onion and garlic to pan. Sautéed till translucent, a few minutes. Add in the rest of the ingredients, stir till warm and well blended. Serve warm.

Step 5Drain orzo.

Step 6Mix spinach, orzo and dressing. Place bacon and sliced egg atop mixture.
