spicy tomato cucumber salad
I don't like really spicy hot foods, but this is good you can omit the chilies and add peppers instead if desired.

Ingredients
- 1 cup ucumbers (2 medium), peeled and sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes (early girls are great), sliced and drained slightly
- 1 large sweet red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 - anaheim chiles, seeded and thinly sliced (galapagos if you prefer)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, sliced 1/8 inch thick
- 1/4 cup whole grain prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons sugar, salt to taste
How To Make spicy tomato cucumber salad

Step 1Combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, green chilies, parsley and celery n a bowl. Combine mustard and sugar and added to sliced vegetables. Salt to taste. Let sit for 20 minutes at room temperature.
