This salad is awesome. Dressing to me sounded a little iffy at first but after tasting it with the salad it was an awesome compliment to the dish. Really easy to make even my daughter helped.
*Note* real bacon bits in the pouch also work in the place of the 12 slices of cooked bacon.

  • 2 pkg
    (10 oz.) mixed baby salade greens
  • 2 pkg
    (6 oz) oscar mayer deli fresh southwestern seasoned chicken breatst strips
  • 4
    hard boiled eggs
  • 1 can(s)
    (15 oz) black beans, rinsed
  • 1 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 12 slice
    bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 2 small
    avacados, sliced
  • 2 c
    halved cherry tomatoes
  • 2/3 c
    ranch dressing
  • 1/3 c
    thick and chunky salsa

How to Make Southwestern Cobb Salad


  1. Cover large platter with greens.
  2. Arrange next 7 ingredients in rows over greens.
  3. Mix dressing and salsa; drizzle over salad just before serving.
