smoky thousand island dressing

Thousand Island dressing was a take it or leave it option for me until I tried this smoky & spicy version. This is now my go to dressing for Reuben sandwiches and Chef Salads.

Ingredients
- 1 - hard boiled egg
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons dill relish
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons chipotle chilies in adobo, very finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
How To Make smoky thousand island dressing

Step 1Mash hard-boiled egg with fork in a small bowl into very small crumbly pieces.

Step 2Stir in remaining dressing ingredients.
