This is a recipe I learned (or stole) from my wife. The nuts and Ramen noodles give it a great "crunch."

Great crunch, indeed! This simple salad has terrific flavors and texture. It would be great to serve alongside most any dish, or on its own as a meal.

Ingredients
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 package ramen noodles, crushed
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 - bunch broccoli
- 1 - head romaine lettuce
- 4 - green onions and stems
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 teaspoons soy sauce
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make romaine salad

Step 1Brown first three ingredients and set aside to drain on paper towel.

Step 2Chop broccoli, lettuce and green onions.

Step 3Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Step 4Mix all ingredients together just before serving.
