Ingredients
- 2 large red onions, finely chopped
- 4 - green onions with tops, chopped
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
How To Make pickled onion salad

Step 1In a small bowl, combine the onions, vinegar, oil, and sugar. Stir and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Step 2Just before serving, stir in the cilantro and sprinkle salad with lime juice. Serve heaped on lettuce leaves.
