Ingredients
- 2 cans peas, canned
- 8 ounces swiss cheese, grated
- 1 package lettuce, shredded
- 8 slices bacon, cooked
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- pinch salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup onion
How To Make pea salad

Step 1Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel until cool. Crumble into bacon bits. Combine lettuce, drained canned peas, onion, bacon bits, grated swiss cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Gently stir in mayonnaise adding more if needed to aquire desired consistancy. Chill for 2 hours minimum, preferably overnight so that flavors can marry. Serve cold. Enjoy
