Its always a good thing to have a fast & easy fresh salad to go to when you need a healthy pinch. Plus it makes a great meal all by its self. When it comes to cooking or baking for me I love anything fasy & easy, but it's got to taste good also.

Ingredients

  • 1 package salad greens
  • 5 slices smoked ham, thinly sliced cut into strips
  • 3 slices smoked white turkey, cut into strips
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup thousand island dressing

How To Make oh so easy chef's salad

  • Step 1
    Place the salad greens on a serving plate.
  • Step 2
    Top evenly with the ham,turkey,cheese, tomatoes & croutons.
  • Step 3
    Drizzle with the dressing.
