Ingredients
- 6 - leaves of romaine lettuce ( or any leafy kind ) cut in half
- 1 - red onion ( diced finely ) or half circled
- 2 - tomatoes peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons table oil ( vege oil, safflower, sunflower ect.)

Step 1mix onion and tomato together with oil.

Step 2on a plate arrange lettuce neatly.

Step 3gently fill lettuce with mixture making it easily accesible for finger food..

Step 4sprinkle salt over top and serve room temp or chilled.. can accompany any meal
