Ingredients

  • 20 oz
    chopped lettuce
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 can(s)
    chickpeas drained oline ouland rinsed
  • 5 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 lb
    italian salami chopped

How to Make Li'l Bit's Chop-Chop Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. To make salad: Combine lettuce, salami, mozzarella cheese, and chickpeas in a large bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
  2. To make dressing: Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, parmesan cheese in a liquid measuring cup. Stir well with mixing spoon.
  3. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
  4. Toss lightly with two pieces of silverware.
  5. Serve on plates with bread.
