Ingredients
- 20 ounces chopped lettuce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 can chickpeas drained oline ouland rinsed
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 pound italian salami chopped
How To Make li'l bit's chop-chop salad

Step 1To make salad: Combine lettuce, salami, mozzarella cheese, and chickpeas in a large bowl. Chill until ready to serve.

Step 2To make dressing: Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, parmesan cheese in a liquid measuring cup. Stir well with mixing spoon.

Step 3Pour dressing over salad just before serving.

Step 4Toss lightly with two pieces of silverware.

Step 5Serve on plates with bread.
