I love salad but have become sensitive to preservatives in bottled dressings, so have started making my own. I developed this one because I also can't use vinegar.

Ingredients
- 1 medium lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or 1 tablespoon fresh minced
- 2 tablespoons water
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make lemon salad dressing

Step 1Squeeze lemon over small mixing bowl. Add fresh crushed garlic and oregano. Whip in water and canola oil, adding salt and pepper to taste.
