How to Make Kale Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare one batch of the Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing
  2. Wash all veggies and dry thoroughly.
  3. Remove stems and chop the kale.
    Chop the cabbage, radicchio, Brussels sprouts and Broccoli.
  4. Place all ingredients except the dressing in a large bowl and toss gently to mix.
  5. When ready to serve, our the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
