- 2 cups brussels sprouts, chopped
- 2 cups chopped cabbage
- 1 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup dried cranberries (i used craisins)
- 1 small bunch broccoli, chopped very small
- 1 small head radicchio, chopped

How To Make kale salad

Step 2Wash all veggies and dry thoroughly.

Step 3Remove stems and chop the kale. Chop the cabbage, radicchio, Brussels sprouts and Broccoli.

Step 4Place all ingredients except the dressing in a large bowl and toss gently to mix.

Step 5When ready to serve, our the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
