Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 2 cups brussels sprouts, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup dried cranberries (i used craisins)
  • 1 small bunch broccoli, chopped very small
  • 1 small head radicchio, chopped

How To Make kale salad

  • Step 1

  • Step 2
    Wash all veggies and dry thoroughly.
  • Step 3
    Remove stems and chop the kale. Chop the cabbage, radicchio, Brussels sprouts and Broccoli.
  • Step 4
    Place all ingredients except the dressing in a large bowl and toss gently to mix.
  • Step 5
    When ready to serve, our the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
