  • 2 Tbsp
    dressing of your choice
  • 1/4 c
    frozen peas
  • 1/8 c
    radishes, sliced
  • 1/4 c
    cucumber
  • 1/4 c
    carrot, sliced
  • 1/4 c
    frozen edamame
  • 1/8 c
    red onion
  • 1/4 c
    celery
  • 1/8 c
    bell pepper
  • 1/2 c
    quinoa, cooked
  • 2 c
    mixed greens
  • RECIPE IS FOR 1 PINT JAR/SERVING

How to Make In A Jar Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Add dressing 1st, then hardy veggies (beans if desired), then softer veggies (cheese if desired) ending w/greens on top. Keeps up to 1 week. Add whatever your little heart desires inc. fruit. This recipe is less than 350 cals. per jar and I used all organic. 12 salads = less than $20!
