- 2 tablespoons dressing of your choice
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 1/8 cup radishes, sliced
- 1/4 cup cucumber
- 1/4 cup carrot, sliced
- 1/4 cup frozen edamame
- 1/8 cup red onion
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1/8 cup bell pepper
- 1/2 cup quinoa, cooked
- 2 cups mixed greens

Step 1Add dressing 1st, then hardy veggies (beans if desired), then softer veggies (cheese if desired) ending w/greens on top. Keeps up to 1 week. Add whatever your little heart desires inc. fruit. This recipe is less than 350 cals. per jar and I used all organic. 12 salads = less than $20!
