Ingredients
- 3/4 cup canola or light olive oil
- 1/2 cup sweet onion , chopped or vidalia (when in season)
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
How To Make honey onion vinaigrette

Step 1Place one Tablespoon of oil in saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook stirring frequently until browned and caramelized, about 5 minutes.

Step 2Pour in cider vinegar and stir well to loosen bits on bottom of pan.

Step 3Pour entire contents into blender. Add remaining oil. Blend on high for two minutes until well blended. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
