light sour cream
head romaine lettuce, chopped
red bell peppers, finely diced
red onion, finely diced
9m oz pkg frozen corn, thawed
celery ribs, finely diced
reduced-fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 oz container real bacon bits
How To Make
In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic powder until smooth.
In lg trifle bowl, layer 1/2 the lettuce, then 1/2 the bell peppers, onion, corn, celery, cheese and mayonnaise mix.
Repeat layers and top w/ bacon bits. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hrs, to let flavors meld.
