Ingredients
- 2 cups light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 - head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 - red bell peppers, finely diced
- 1 - red onion, finely diced
- 1 - 9m oz pkg frozen corn, thawed
- 3 - celery ribs, finely diced
- 2 cups reduced-fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 - 3 oz container real bacon bits
How To Make healthy stacked salad

Step 1In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic powder until smooth.

Step 2In lg trifle bowl, layer 1/2 the lettuce, then 1/2 the bell peppers, onion, corn, celery, cheese and mayonnaise mix.

Step 3Repeat layers and top w/ bacon bits. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hrs, to let flavors meld.
