  • 2 c
    light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    light sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1
    head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2
    red bell peppers, finely diced
  • 1
    red onion, finely diced
  • 1
    9m oz pkg frozen corn, thawed
  • 3
    celery ribs, finely diced
  • 2 c
    reduced-fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1
    3 oz container real bacon bits

How to Make Healthy stacked salad


  1. In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic powder until smooth.
  2. In lg trifle bowl, layer 1/2 the lettuce, then 1/2 the bell peppers, onion, corn, celery, cheese and mayonnaise mix.
  3. Repeat layers and top w/ bacon bits. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hrs, to let flavors meld.
