Ingredients

  • 2 cups light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 - head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 - red bell peppers, finely diced
  • 1 - red onion, finely diced
  • 1 - 9m oz pkg frozen corn, thawed
  • 3 - celery ribs, finely diced
  • 2 cups reduced-fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 - 3 oz container real bacon bits

How To Make healthy stacked salad

  • Step 1
    In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Step 2
    In lg trifle bowl, layer 1/2 the lettuce, then 1/2 the bell peppers, onion, corn, celery, cheese and mayonnaise mix.
  • Step 3
    Repeat layers and top w/ bacon bits. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hrs, to let flavors meld.
