Ingredients For healthy stacked salad

2 clight mayonnaise

1/2 clight sour cream

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1head romaine lettuce, chopped

2red bell peppers, finely diced
-
1red onion, finely diced

19m oz pkg frozen corn, thawed
-
3celery ribs, finely diced
-
2 creduced-fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
-
13 oz container real bacon bits
How To Make healthy stacked salad

1In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic powder until smooth.

2In lg trifle bowl, layer 1/2 the lettuce, then 1/2 the bell peppers, onion, corn, celery, cheese and mayonnaise mix.

3Repeat layers and top w/ bacon bits. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hrs, to let flavors meld.
