I just the love taste of a summer time salad, with the heat and crunch of the Doritos's
This salad does not require a typical dressing, I just squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.

romaine lettuce leaves, washed chopped or torn and put into the refrigerator wrapped in paper towel to crisp up
1/2 of a 15 ounce can of sliced beets drained
1 small head of broccoli cut into bite size pieces
1 -2 teaspoons oil not olive
wedge of lemon
fiery habanero doritos
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Grilled salad & Habanero Dorito's


  • 1Get the BBQ all ready with the coals, once the coals are all ashy put them into the grille.
  • 2In a pan with holes " made for BBQ-ing " or if you don't have one of these,simply get foil pan and punch holes into it. Put in on the BBQ to get it hot.
  • 3Toss the broccoli & beets with the oil and put into the pan. Keep moving the vegetables so they'll char but not burn.
  • 4Once the vegetables are done, plate your lettuce top with the vegetables. Drizzle with fresh squeezed lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Serve with Doritos.
