Ingredients

  • 6 large radishes, sliced
  • 1 large tomato,cut in wedges
  • 4 to 6 large mushrooms,sliced
  • 1 - avocado,siced
  • 3 - fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 - iceberg lettuce head,torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 - romaine lettuce head, torn into bite-size pieces
  • - mexican dressing (recipe below)
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • MEXICAN DRESSING
  • 1/2 cup mild or hot taco sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
  • 1 tablespoon green chiles, mild, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro, fresh, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, fresh, minced or 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

How To Make green salad with mexican dressing

  • Step 1
    Arrange vegetables and fruit over lettuce in a large bowl. Add Mexican dressing; Toss well and garnish with cheese. Serve immediately
  • Step 2
    Mexican Dressing- Combine all ingredients,mix thoroughly. Serve as directed
