    iceberg lettuce head,torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4
    romaine lettuce head, torn into bite-size pieces
  • ·
    mexican dressing (recipe below)
  • 1/4 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 c
    mild or hot taco sauce
  • 1/4 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    green chiles, mild, diced
  • 1 tsp
    cilantro, fresh, minced
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, fresh, minced or 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

How to Make Green Salad with Mexican Dressing


  1. Arrange vegetables and fruit over lettuce in a large bowl. Add Mexican dressing; Toss well and garnish with cheese. Serve immediately
  2. Mexican Dressing- Combine all ingredients,mix thoroughly. Serve as directed
