funeral dressing
Our grandmother passed away earlier this year 2022 and the Altar Rosary Society has put together a beautiful dinner following her burial. One of the things that stood out to me was the dressing on the salad. It was light and full of flavor. I thanked the ladies for the wonderful meal they prepared and asked for the recipe. It didn't have a name so I call it Funeral Dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon finely grated sweet onion
- 1 cup canola oil
How To Make funeral dressing

Step 1Add all ingredients to a pint mason jar or shaker and blend until opaque. Dress salad and serve immediately.

Step 2That's it, simple and light dressing. Refrigerate any leftovers.
