Ingredients
- 3 fresh bunches green or black tuscan kale
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup julienned reconstitued sundried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup julienned dried apricots
- 1 - fresh lemon juiced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
How To Make fresh kale salad

Step 1Wash kale very well and dry. In a large mixing bowl add the kale, salt and lemon juice. Toss well. If you do not add the lemon juice the kale willl darken

Step 2Add all other ingredients and mix well. Can be served immediately or refrigerate until time of service. Can be held for three days.
