This is my favorite dressing!!! A little bit goes a long way. Put one tablespoon over your salad and if you can, cover your salad and shake it so the salad is even covered and delicious!

- 3 - garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons ginger
- 3 ounces olive oil, light
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2/3 cup water
- 3 tablespoons raw honey

Step 1In a container that is 2 cups or greater, combine all ingredients. Cover container tightly and put in microwave for 1 minute to dissolve honey. Mix thoroughly and and serve 1 tablespoon over your salad.
