This salad is so versatile! You can mix & match the ingredients to make it unique every time. It's great as a companion salad to your meal, or it can stand alone as a meal, simply by adding some grilled chicken or salmon on top! I have also rolled ham slices into pinwheel shapes and placed them on top of the salad. Instead of cheddar cheese, try feta. In place of nuts, add pumpkin or sunflower seeds.
