Ingredients
- 5 ounces greens
- 1/2 cup roasted butternut squash
- 1/2 cup green apple
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
- 1/4 cup sliced radishes
- 1/4 cup blueberries and dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup candied pecans
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup evoo
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
How To Make fall harvest salad with maple dressing

Step 1Make candied walnuts. Cook bacon on a cookie sheet in oven. When done wipe sheet and roast butternut squash using some of the bacon grease.

Step 2Slice radishes. Dice apples. Chop pecans (opt)

Step 3Combine all dressing ingredients. Use a blender or blender bottle to mix well.
