I love how easy it is to make this. W/ store-bought croutons and canned sardines. It's yummy w/ any Italian meal! Or make it and add grilled, sliced chicken breasts for a whole meal.

Ingredients
- 1 large head of romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups reduced-fat, store-bought italian-style croutons
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 - 2 0z can anchovies in oil, drained
How To Make easy classic caesar salad

Step 1In lg bowl, combine lettuce and croutons.

Step 2In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth.

Step 3Add dressing to lettuce and croutons. Toss to coat evenly. Top w/ anchovies and remaining parmesan cheese.
