Ingredients
- 1/2 - head of cabbage cored
- 1 small purple onion
- 2 tablespoons light whipped butter
- 1 dash pepper, salt, paprika
- 1/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon
- 1 teaspoon garlic
How To Make do the cabbage pack!

Step 1Slice cored cabbage in half and then into 4 thin wedges. Halve each wedge leaving 8" "chunks"

Step 2Lay a large peice of heavy duty foil on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Spread the cabbage out in the center and top with onion. Add butter in 4 evenly spaced dollops over the sliced onion. Sprinkle with spices, top with bacon and garlic.

Step 3Place another large piece of foil over the veggies. Fold together and seal all four edges of the foil together to form a well-sealed packet.

Step 4Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until veggies are soft. Let cool slightly. Using oven mitts, carefully flip the packet over, allowing the butter mix to coat the veggies and then return to right side up. Cut the packet to release the steam before opening it entirely. (Careful-steam will be very hot) If you like, season with additional spices.
