This is a type of salad, where anything goes. You add to it, what ever you like. You can either assemble it individually as I did, or add everything to the bowl and then serve it. At any rate, the salad lovers in your family will love it. There is no right or wrong way to make this salad. Just make or add your favorite salad dressing, and everyone will be happy.

How to Make Dan's Amazing Birthday Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash all veggies and assemble in a large bowl, or assemble individually and add veggies of your choice to salad plate. Then add the cheese strips or hearts. Serve with salad dressing of your choice.
  2. Note for a special touch you can cut cheese into hearts with a cookie cutter and garnish top of salad. For a special added touch. Also note that the Sweet Red peppers are long, like the hot peppers but sweet like the red Bell peppers, I like them for their small long size and sweet taste.
