    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    distilled white vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp
    cranberry juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    basil, shredded finely into a chiffonade.

How to Make cranberry basil vinaigrette


  1. combine oil,white vinegar,cranberry juice,2tablespoons of basil,salt,and black pepper in medium mixing bowl.whisk thoroughly for a few minutes until oil is thoroughly emulsfied.pour over salad or store in a container in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
