chopped tomato
1 c
sliced cucumber
1/3 c
sliced red onion
1/4 c
non-fat salad dressing or mayo
1/4 c
low-fat sour cream
1/4 c
chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp
skim milk
2 tsp
chopped fresh tarragon or 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp
hot pepper sauce
8 c
torn, washed, stemmed spinach leaves

How to Make Crab Spinach Salad with Tarragon Dressing


  • 1Combine crab meat, tomato, cucumber and onion in medium bowl.
  • 2Combine salad dressing (or mayo), sour cream, parsley, milk, tarragon, garlic and hot pepper sauce in small bowl.
  • 3Line four salad plates with spinach. Place crabmeat mixture on spinach; drizzle with dressing.
