Ingredients
- 4 cups bagged salad greens
- 1 cup crispy chow mein noodles
- 1 cup cubed, cooked chicken breast
- 4 - green onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 4 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
- VINAIGRETTE
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 4 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon splenda (or sugar)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
How To Make chicken chow mein salad

Step 1In large salad bowl, combine salad greens, noodles, chicken, onions, almonds and sesame seeds. Toss lightly.

Step 2In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, comine all vinaigrette ingredients; shake well. Drizzle over salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
