I served this salad last night and every last bit was eaten!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups bagged salad greens
  • 1 cup crispy chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup cubed, cooked chicken breast
  • 4 - green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 4 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • VINAIGRETTE
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon splenda (or sugar)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

How To Make chicken chow mein salad

  • Step 1
    In large salad bowl, combine salad greens, noodles, chicken, onions, almonds and sesame seeds. Toss lightly.
  • Step 2
    In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, comine all vinaigrette ingredients; shake well. Drizzle over salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
