This is fast & easy salad to take on the go. I always like to make a fresh veggie salad when ever me& Uncle go on an outting o the beach or the park. My way of getting himout of the house & some fresh air.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    ranch dressing
  • 1/4 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 c
    romaine lettuce leaves
  • 4
    fresh honey ham, cut into strips
  • 6
    cherry tomatoes cut in half

How to Make Chef salad on the Go

Step-by-Step

  1. Spoon the dressing into the bottom of a resealable pastic container. Top witht therest of the ingredients & sealthe container.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to leave. Shake the container to evenly coat the salad with the dressing just before eatting.
  3. Special Tips: Pack some crackers in a small bag & enjoy.
  4. Note: You may also use any kind of dressing you wish.
