Quick and easy. Very tasty and healthy.

Ingredients

  •   2 bunch
    romaine lettuce leaves
  •   ½ pkg
    grape tomatoes
  •   2 large
    eggs, hard boiled
  •   4 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  •   1 c
    croutons, parmesan
  •   2 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese, grated
  •   ¼ c
    creamy ceasar salad dressing, low fat

How To Make

  • 1
    Chop lettuce into small pieces.
  • 2
    Slice tomatoes in half.
  • 3
    Mix all ingredients except the croutons in a large salad bowl.
  • 4
    Sprinkle croutons on top.
  • 5
    Serve.
