    thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 small
    bay leaf
  • 1/2 small
    thinly sliced pear
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp

How to Make Cabbage Toss


  1. combine red cabbage, water and bay leaf in a microwavable pie plate. Cover with wax paper and microwave on high until cabbage is crisp tender for 1 1/2-2 minutes, stiring once halfway through microwavable time. Add the pears ans cook for 1 minute just to heat the pears...
  2. Drain well, discard the bay leaf. Stir in olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve 1
