  • 1 small
    head of iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small
    head of napa cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 c
    thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 small
    green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/3 c
    cantaloupe, cubed
  • 2 small
    skinless chicken breasts grilled cubed (opional)

  • 3/4 c
    sugar (splanda)
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 c
    canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce

  • 1 pkg
    romen noodles
  • 2 oz
    almond slivers
  • 1/4 c

How to Make Bok Choy Salad


  1. Melt some butter in large fry pan, add Romen Noodles(break into pieces) and almonds and cook until golden brown.
    set aside to cool
  2. Dressing can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  3. Can add Mandarin Oranges, Pears, Green onion or honeydew melon to salad.
