Ingredients

1 small
head of iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
1/2 small
head of napa cabbage, thinly sliced
1/3 c
thinly sliced red onion
1 small
green bell pepper, sliced
1/3 c
cantaloupe, cubed
2 small
skinless chicken breasts grilled cubed (opional)

DRESSING

3/4 c
sugar (splanda)
1/4 c
vinegar
1 c
canola oil
2 Tbsp
soy sauce

ALMONDS AND ROMEN NOODLES

1 pkg
romen noodles
2 oz
almond slivers
1/4 c
butter

Step-By-Step

1Melt some butter in large fry pan, add Romen Noodles(break into pieces) and almonds and cook until golden brown.
set aside to cool
2Dressing can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
3Can add Mandarin Oranges, Pears, Green onion or honeydew melon to salad.
