Ingredients

head of iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
1/2 small
head of napa cabbage, thinly sliced
1/3 c
thinly sliced red onion
1 small
green bell pepper, sliced
1/3 c
cantaloupe, cubed
2 small
skinless chicken breasts grilled cubed (opional)

DRESSING

3/4 c
sugar (splanda)
1/4 c
vinegar
1 c
canola oil
2 Tbsp
soy sauce

ALMONDS AND ROMEN NOODLES

1 pkg
romen noodles
2 oz
almond slivers
1/4 c
butter

How to Make Bok Choy Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt some butter in large fry pan, add Romen Noodles(break into pieces) and almonds and cook until golden brown.
    set aside to cool
  • 2Dressing can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • 3Can add Mandarin Oranges, Pears, Green onion or honeydew melon to salad.
