Ingredients
- 1 small head of iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
- 1/2 small head of napa cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 small green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/3 cup cantaloupe, cubed
- 2 small skinless chicken breasts grilled cubed (opional)
- DRESSING
- 3/4 cup sugar (splanda)
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ALMONDS AND ROMEN NOODLES
- 1 package romen noodles
- 2 ounces almond slivers
- 1/4 cup butter
How To Make bok choy salad

Step 1Melt some butter in large fry pan, add Romen Noodles(break into pieces) and almonds and cook until golden brown. set aside to cool

Step 2Dressing can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Step 3Can add Mandarin Oranges, Pears, Green onion or honeydew melon to salad.
