Ingredients

1 smallhead of iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced

1/2 smallhead of napa cabbage, thinly sliced

1/3 cthinly sliced red onion

1 smallgreen bell pepper, sliced

1/3 ccantaloupe, cubed

2 smallskinless chicken breasts grilled cubed (opional)

DRESSING
-
3/4 csugar (splanda)
-
1/4 cvinegar
-
1 ccanola oil
-
2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
ALMONDS AND ROMEN NOODLES
-
1 pkgromen noodles
-
2 ozalmond slivers

1/4 cbutter
How to Make Bok Choy Salad
- Melt some butter in large fry pan, add Romen Noodles(break into pieces) and almonds and cook until golden brown.
set aside to cool - Dressing can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- Can add Mandarin Oranges, Pears, Green onion or honeydew melon to salad.
