Ingredients

  • 1 small head of iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small head of napa cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 small green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/3 cup cantaloupe, cubed
  • 2 small skinless chicken breasts grilled cubed (opional)
  • DRESSING
  • 3/4 cup sugar (splanda)
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ALMONDS AND ROMEN NOODLES
  • 1 package romen noodles
  • 2 ounces almond slivers
  • 1/4 cup butter

How To Make bok choy salad

  • Step 1
    Melt some butter in large fry pan, add Romen Noodles(break into pieces) and almonds and cook until golden brown. set aside to cool
  • Step 2
    Dressing can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Step 3
    Can add Mandarin Oranges, Pears, Green onion or honeydew melon to salad.
