Picked up mizuna at the farmers market, love trying different greens. I made a salad with organic blueberries and blueberry jam I also picked up there. Salad is lite, refreshing, with tons of flavor!! Also quick and easy! For a main dish add chicken!

Ingredients

  • - fresh mizuna washed
  • - sliced red onion
  • - feta cheese
  • - fresh blueberries
  • - slice cooked pork from porkchop or roast
  • VINEGARETE
  • 1/2 cup vegtable oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons blueberry jam
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How To Make blueberry pork mizuna salad w/blueberry vinegarete

  • Step 1
    Wash mizuna well tear and spin in salad spinner. Slice red onions thin. Arrange in salad bowl, top with blueberries then feta. Drizzle with vinegarete.

    VINEGAR Wisk or shake together vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, blueberry jam or perserves, S&P This dressing is easy and very tastey!!
