- 1 package baby spinach
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup pecans, toasted
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled (or more to suit your taste)
- 1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese (or blue cheese of your choice)
- - red onion rings, sliced very thin
- salad dressing of your choice
How To Make bacon and blue cheese spinach salad

Step 1Place spinach in a large bowl.

Step 2Add pecans, bacon and blue cheese to the salad and mix well.

Step 3Layer red onion (if using) and sliced egg on top of salad. Drizzle with your favorite dressing.
