    bag of salad mix
  • 2
    tangerine, peeled and segmented
  • 2
  • 1 small
    red onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil

How to Make Avocado Salad


  1. Arrange salad greens in a bowl.
  2. Peel & divide tangerine into segments and add to salad greens.
  3. Thinly slice avocado and add to salad mix
  4. Slice red onion and add to salad greens.
  5. Sprinkle salad with lemon juice and olive oil.
