Ingredients
- 2 heads red leaf or romaine lettuce
- 2 cans 11-oz cans mandarin orange, drained
- 2 ripe avocados, cut into cubes
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- DRESSING
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 ounce olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- salt & pepper to taste
How To Make avocado-orange salad with sun flower seeds

Step 1Tear lettuce leaves and add to a large bowl.

Step 2Add oranges, avocados and red onion and toss. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 3Combine dressing ingredients in a salad dressing shaker and mix well.

Step 4Toss salad with dressing and sprinkle sunflower seeds on top. Serve immediately.
