Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almonds, slivered
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 8 dashes tabasco
- 1 bunch green leaf lettuce
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 3 - green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 - avocado, chopped
- 1 - mango, cubed

Step 2Take the next 5 ingredients, Put in covered container and shake well. Set Aside.

Step 3Tear the lettuce into bite size pieces, add celery, green onions, Avocado and Mango.Add the Almonds and dressing. Toss and Enjoy.
