Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    almonds, slivered
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    canola oil
  • 8 dash(es)
    tabasco
  • 1 bunch
    green leaf lettuce
  • 1 c
    celery, chopped
  • 3
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1
    avocado, chopped
  • 1
    mango, cubed

How to Make Avocado Mango Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown Almonds with 2T sugar and 1 1/2 teas. salt, cook over med heat,stirring constantly until sugar is melted and almonds are coated and lightly browned.Set Aside
    I do this in a non stick pan...
  2. Take the next 5 ingredients, Put in covered container and shake well. Set Aside.
  3. Tear the lettuce into bite size pieces, add celery, green onions, Avocado and Mango.Add the Almonds and dressing. Toss and Enjoy.
