- 5 cups baby arugula
- 1 can (16 ounce) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 3 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 - red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups seedless red grapes, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons orange blossom honey
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- 3 tablespoons grape seed oil or light olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- - salt and pepper
How To Make arugula, grape and chickpea salad

Step 1Combine arugula, chickpeas, feta, onion, and grapes in a salad bowl.

Step 2Whisk together the chive, parsley, honey, orange blossom water, salad oil, vinegar , salt and pepper.
