Ingredients For arugula, grape and chickpea salad

  • 5 c
    baby arugula
  • 1 can
    (16 ounce) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 3 oz
    crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2
    red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 c
    seedless red grapes, cut in half
  • 1 Tbsp
    snipped fresh chives
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange blossom honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    orange blossom water
  • 3 Tbsp
    grape seed oil or light olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper

How To Make arugula, grape and chickpea salad

    Combine arugula, chickpeas, feta, onion, and grapes in a salad bowl.

    Whisk together the chive, parsley, honey, orange blossom water, salad oil, vinegar , salt and pepper.
