Ingredients
- 1 - head iceburg lettuce
- 1 (15 1/2 cans ) kidney beans, drained and washed
- 3 - ribs celery, sliced
- 2 - medium carrots
- 1 - green bell pepper ( 1/2 sliced,1/2 diced)
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 4 - hard cooked eggs, 1 sliced 3 diced
- 1/2 pound american cheese, shredded
- 1/2 pound swiss, shredded
- 1/2 pound mozzarella, shredded
- 1 pound bag bbq corn chips
How To Make arizona salad (this is the 1974 orginal salad)

Step 1In a large bowl layer ingredients NOT THE CHIPS in at lest 3 layers. Smash corn chips and sprinkle on top with sliced egg. Serve with choice of dressing. (Catalina , french, ranch, spicy ranch.....)
