1 bag shredded lettuce
4 small green onions
1 package chunk Cheddar cheese
4 sprigs parsley
24 almond slices from a bag
a few peanuts
Made radishes into flowers. cut the green onions so they are half white and half green then shred the top part. Put both into cold water in fridge for 1-2 hours.
Cut the cheese into 12 equil pieces and with fingers round one end and taper the other to resemble a mouse. Do this to all of them. With the parsley, pinch the leaves off and set asside. use the 4 stocks as tails and insert into mouses backside. Insert the almond slices as ears.
To assemble your salad, lay down a bed of lettuce, arrange your onion as a downed log behind the mice, add mice and radish flowers with parsley leaves near by. Scatter the nuts and Serve with poopy (Poppy seeed) dressing.
2Poopy (Poppy seed)Dressing
2/3 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 green onions chopped
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 cups vegetable oil
3 tablespoons poppy seeds
In blender combine vinegar, sugar, onions, salt and mustard then blend well until smooth.
Turning blender on high add oil in a slow and steady stream then blend until thick and creamy.
Transfer to a container and stir in poppy seeds.
Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
